10 Reminders for a Happier Life

Let’s start the new year with some simple reminders to set the tone for more happiness and easier negotiations of life’s twists and turns.

1. Don’t push; allow.
2. Never betray yourself.
3. Lead with compassion.
4. Get off the Merry-Go-‘Round; avoid the Tilt-a-Whirl.
5. Replug into your hope and confidence.
6. Dose yourself regularly with beauty, awe and wonder.
7. Stop the incessant self-bullying.
8. Walk and hydrate.
9. Be discerning.
10. Fun, creativity, laughter and quiet time are as necessary as deep breaths.

And so it is. Go out there and have a great year!

    Dear Adele, Thanks for the reminders for a long and happier life. Sometime l get so stressed out when I ask for help and they agree but then ignore me l just can’t understand why people treat me like that. Especially my son. I just don’t understand him anymore. T
