Pretend that you are a rag doll.
Let there be a half smile on your face.
Just for this moment, breathe in stillness,
And release the demands for your time and energy.
Just for this moment, breathe in serenity,
And release the tightness in your body.
Just for this moment, breathe in quietude.
And release the chatter in your mind.
Just for this moment, breathe in peacefulness.
And release the frustrations of the day.
Just for this moment, allow yourself to be.
Be the stillness.
Be the serenity.
