Happy St. Patrick’s Day

This makes me laugh! Ancestry notwithstanding, we can all relate to the soulfulness of the Irish, their connection with the trees, and their love of a laugh and a good time.

May your day be filled with blessings of verdant light, a moment in the sun, and the comfort of loved ones. And, if you’re lucky, some Irish soda bread, too.

I am cooking it all. Corned beef, cabbage, potatoes and an apple walnut salad.
It is my son’s birthday, Chip will be 51.
Today Bill would get dressed every year and wear his green corduroy Irish blazer, a printed Irish tie and an Irish flag pin. Even when he had not left the bed for days, he dressed for St. Patrick. I still have the blazer, tie and pin.
My dinner tonight is for a new friend. Different from Bill, but a nice man.
I think you helped Bill and I cared for him and we both gave his last years here a light that he needed.
Thank you for caring. You do have a magical intuition. Of course, you are Irish.
    Kathy

I am impressed, you have time to bake Irish soda bread. Sounds yummy. I’ll be happy to share an etheric piece. And so love the green leafy and routed connections of the Celtic soul. Much love.

Will be making some Irish Soda Bread today. Wanna’ stop by? 🙂 Hugs and much love to ya, from the Celtic Soul remnants so many of us share … Someone told me Eve had to be Irish because she ‘wore’ green (leaf) … 😉
