The Dalai Lama and the purpose of life

mananddog“The purpose of life is to increase the warm heart.   Think of other people. Serve other people sincerely. No cheating …”

His Holiness The Dalai Lama

And I don’t think the Dalai Lama would object to our wonderful four-legged friends as well. They certainly know how to increase the warm heart and comfort a weary soul. Dogs, to me, are the epitome of unconditional love.

Our world is quite fractious and contentious right now. Let’s all try and do our bit by being mindful and kind to one another — and ourselves, too. Every small light-filled thought and action adds to the collective energy of our world.  So lets help each other out. It makes it easier — and more fun, too.

Many blessings to all of you, Sparkly Ones.
